As Jonathan Van Ness from Queer Eye would say Jonathan Van Ness struggs to func vintage shirt, sweater, hoodie and v-neck t-shirt! On a more serious note, the cut and fit of women’s jeans are fantastic for men with skinny hips and legs, but I would recommend going for a fit that is not overly skinny, as it can make the legs look disproportionally skinnier than the top of the body. American Eagle, American Apparel (look for second-hand options) and Muji (yes, the Japanese brand) have some of my favorite jeans that can be easily gender-neutral options.
