This week at our Moulton Park nursery, the children from the Rainbow not today children shirt, following their recent interest in the change of weather. The children have been asking questions like Why is it dark? and reminding each other that they need coats now not sun hats. Yesterday, following a discussion among the children and practitioners about the seasons and what is changing in their environment, the children went on a hunt around the garden looking at what looks different. One child said “The leaves are coming down” so they were collected and brought inside.
