I went out into the middle of the field to retrieve my horse for a Horsevengers shirt. He walked up to me and was calmly letting me put the halter on when suddenly a very young, green horse (who loves humans but hadn’t learned any manners yet) galloped up to me and was trying to cram himself between me and my horse like an excited puppy. My horse quickly turned to gallop away but not without a parting kick to the other horse. Unfortunately, he missed the other horse and clipped me right in my face. It happened so fast…there was no time for me to react or get out of the way.
