I was told by someone, later in Red Dead Redemption 2 Arthur Morgan may I stand unshaken shirt, that I wasn’t ever invited to their birthday parties because I always dressed so funny when I was little. Hey, I bathed. I see things like this happening to my 5yo all the time, and I’m worried for her, and how it makes her feel because she internalizes and hides her sadness. Thank goodness we moms (and grandmoms) can give them lots of love and many many hugs. It doesn’t stop them from wondering why but hopefully, they’ll feel a little better. I always extend a smile, a sincere compliment and an offer to join me. The pain of loneliness is not age specific.
