Maleficent I hate people shirt, hoodie, sweater

So today’s been a tough day. We spent most of the night up with Maleficent I hate people shirt because he had a sickness bug  and I feel so rough my pain is through the roof, and the weakness, nausea and pain from my stomach not tolerating ng feeds is getting awful. My dietician has been amazing and rang me yet again today. Last night we tried decreasing my rate again to 80ml per hour in the hope it would relieve some of the symptoms but unfortunately not. My next step is to increase my pancreas meds once more in the hope that will settle things down but she suspects there is malabsorption going on. Yesterday, I had surgery and my gall bladder was removed.
