My own skin bothers me. The irrational agitation triggers. Everything is annoying. Sounds bother me, the birds bother me. I just want pure silence. But yet, that would trigger my anxiety more. There is no happy medium in these attacks. Your brain and body feels like it goes on a full blown war against itself. It’s been an hour now in here, and I want to sink away. Thank you for reading my experience. Mental health isn’t a joke. I will walk out of the bathroom when I’m ready, and will look normal to everyone.
