Official Milhaus shirt unnamed project at 6000 N. Florida Avenue has demolished the former structures on the lot and acquired their foundation permit. Site and foundation work is now underway. The project is 5 stories with 84 units and retail space. Looks like it’s the genesis of a Tampa midtown. I’d like to see a BIG development somewhere along Florida near MLK. Something like Miami’s midtown. They built one 20-story tower complex with retail, and an entire area of blight turned into the hottest piece of real estate north of Brickell.
